I take the time to reply to all mails. Usually, I am quick enough.
If you did not received your reply in less than 2 weeks then:
- either my mailbox has crashed (this not occurred yet)
- either I had an 'undelivered mail system' that is to say your reply mail
address is unreachable. Fix it!
